- Gift card refunds are not possible once registered online.
- Cannot exchange CJ gift cards received as corporate gifts for cash.
- No compensation for customer negligence (e.g., loss or theft).
- Gift cards cannot be reissued after deletion of delivery history.

[Expiration Date Extension Policy]
- Extensions can be requested up to one day before expiration for unused vouchers.
- Extensions are in 93-day increments, but not beyond five years from issuance.
- Call the inumber Customer Center for requests.

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
- Before expiration: Used vouchers are non-refundable. Contact Soda Gift Customer Center for unused voucher issues.
- After expiration: Call inumber Customer Center for a 90% refund.
- Refund requests are valid within 5 years from issuance.
