Launched in 2010, Zomato's technology platform connects customers, restaurant partners and delivery partners, serving their multiple needs. Customers use our platform to search and discover restaurants, read and write customer generated reviews and view and upload photos, order food delivery, book a table and make payments while dining out at restaurants.

How to Redeem

Option 1:

• Enter the 16 digit card number and 6 digit pin and tap on claim

4. Enter the 16 digit card number and 6 digit pin and tap on claim

Key Features

• The Gift Card bears a 16-digit electronic PPI number along with a 6-digit pin
• The Gift Cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products only on the Zomato website and mobile application (“Zomato Platform”)
• The Gift Card is valid for a period of 4 (four) years from the date of activation
• The Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly (may take up to 72 hours in some cases)
• No fee or other charges are associated with the Gift Card purchase
• Gift Card usage information is available on the Zomato Platform

Usage & Restrictions

• The Gift Card cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash
• The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
• The Gift Card cannot be reloaded or transferred to another account
• Gift Cards can be combined with promotional codes and other digital payment options at Zomato’s discretion
• If purchase exceeds balance, remaining amount must be paid using other payment methods
• Multiple Gift Cards: the one with earliest expiry will be used first
• Available denominations range from INR 500 to INR 10,000

Account & Payment

• User must add the Gift Card value to their Zomato Account before redeeming
• Balance will be deducted when making purchases
• Credit/debit cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards

Compliance & Verification

• The Gift Card is a prepaid payment instrument regulated by RBI
• Zomato / Vananam may share user details with regulatory authorities if required
• Users may be contacted for KYC and anti-money laundering compliance
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information

Terms & Conditions

1. By purchasing, using or redeeming a Gift Card, the User agrees to these terms and conditions
2. Zomato may update terms at any time without prior notice
3. Non-functional Gift Cards may only be replaced with remaining value
4. Requests for blocking Gift Cards will only be considered for registered users
5. Zomato may close accounts or take action in case of fraud or incorrect KYC details
6. Zomato does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
7. No warranties (express or implied) are provided for Gift Cards or services
8. Users agree to indemnify Zomato against third-party claims arising from misuse

Cancellation & Refunds

• Any cancellations are at the sole discretion of Zomato
• If an order is cancelled, the amount will be added back to the Gift Card balance

Security & Liability

• Users are responsible for keeping the Gift Card code and PIN secure
• Zomato/Vananam is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use
• Fraudulent or misuse of Gift Card will result in cancellation of order
• Zomato reserves the right to deny or void Gift Cards in case of suspected fraud
• Maximum liability will not exceed the value of the Gift Card
