A League of Legends prepaid card turns into Riot Points (RP) on your account. The catch is the region: Riot only accepts a card in the currency your account is billed in. Get that right and the rest takes two minutes.
The short version
- EUR card for EU West and EU Nordic & East accounts billed in euros.
- USD card for North America accounts.
- GBP card for accounts billed in pounds, which usually means UK players on EU West.
- AUD card for Oceania accounts.
How to check which card you need
Your server is not always the full answer. The safest check is the price shown inside the client.
- Open the Riot Client and launch League of Legends.
- Click the RP button next to your RP balance at the top of the screen.
- Look at the currency on the RP bundles. Euros, dollars, pounds or Australian dollars tell you which card to buy.
If the client shows euros, buy the EUR card even if you live outside the eurozone. The card has to match the account, not your home country.
Card sizes and prices
These are the cards available on Refillarena at the time of writing. The price is what you pay at checkout, and it moves a little with exchange rates.

$11.97
Also 2.50 to 100 EUR
EU card 25 EUR
$30.58
Mid-size card

The amount of RP you get for each card depends on Riot's current bundle table for your region, and bigger cards usually come with bonus RP. The RP screen in your client shows the exact numbers.
Know your currency?
Grab the matching League of Legends card and pay with Bitcoin, USDT, Binance Pay or card. The code lands in your inbox in minutes.
How to redeem the code for RP
- Open League of Legends and click the RP button at the top.
- Choose Prepaid Cards as the payment option.
- Type the code from your email and confirm.
- The RP shows up in your balance straight away, ready for skins, champions or the battle pass.
Region locked. Riot only accepts prepaid codes in the region they were made for. A EUR code won't redeem on an NA account and a USD code won't redeem on EU West. If the client says the code is invalid, check the currency before you contact support.
Why pay with crypto?
Plenty of players buy RP with a card in the client and never think about it. Crypto makes sense in a few situations:
- Your bank declines gaming payments or charges a foreign transaction fee on euro or dollar purchases.
- You don't want to save a card on your Riot account.
- You keep part of your money in USDT or Bitcoin and would rather spend it directly.
- You are buying RP as a gift. A code is easy to send, and the other person redeems it on their own account.

Common questions before you buy
Does the card work for Teamfight Tactics?
Yes. TFT is part of the League client and uses the same RP balance, so RP from the card can be spent there too.
Can I use it for Valorant?
No. Valorant uses its own currency, Valorant Points. If you play both, get a separate Valorant card.
What if I change server later?
RP already on your account moves with it during a Riot server transfer. Unused codes still need to match the account's billing currency when you redeem them, so redeem before you move if you can.
