Redemption Instructions

• In-Store: Simply present the E-Gift Card to the cashier at any Victoria’s Secret or Victoria’s Secret PINK store at the time of purchase.
• Online: Enter the gift card number and PIN number at the checkout payment step.
• Mobile: On a mobile device, display the barcode, gift card number, and associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier when you're making your purchase.
• Need to check the balance of your gift card? Visit a participating Victoria's Secret store or click here.
• If your E-Gift Card was lost, stolen, or destroyed, Victoria’s Secret may replace it if you provide the card number. To report a lost E-Gift Card, visit any Victoria’s Secret store or call 1-800-270-8999.

• This card is issued by Victoria’s Secret Stores GC, LLC and is redeemable for merchandise only, and for cash when the balance is under $10, as per applicable laws.
• The card may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, used to pay down a credit card balance or buy another gift card. It has no expiration date.
• Victoria’s Secret associates and its affiliates are not eligible to redeem gift cards at Victoria’s Secret Outlet stores.
• To request a replacement of an E-Gift Card, provide the Original Card number. The replaced E-Gift Card's value will be the available balance at the time your request is fully processed by Victoria's Secret.
